We dined here on Sunday night, the server gave us broken glass which unfortunately my child used and we realized it later. When we complained, the server abruptly took away the glass without saying anything or replacing the glasses. We ordered roti and curry. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant, it still took the server 30 mins to bring the food. When the food came, there was no rice. When we checked for rice, the server mentioned rice is finished without any explanation. We asked to see the manager but even the manager was not present. Pathetic service, waste of money

I ordered a Carmel Frap and explained exactly what I wanted light whip and Carmel. Don't put those in the bottom of the cup! Received my drink and there is a inch plus of Carmel in the bottom!

We usually meet here once a week with family and we are going to have to find another place. They are consistently out of food when I try to order. The service is also poor. A number of employees have attitudes or just flat out ignore you when you’re standing at register. For the the prices Starbucks charges for their drinks and food, we will find a place who can keep their inventory in stock and have better service.

Went here last night and the food was 10/10. I told our server that they have a real chef in the kitchen. Appetizers and entrees were both excellent but what took it over the top was the service, we had a small hiccup with one of the appetizers (partly our fault- reading is fundamental especially when you have a peanut allergy) but our server Sabastian was great with making sure everything was handled & we were happy. If you haven’t been yet you’re doing yourself a disservice.

Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable experience at Mellow Mushroom today. While sitting in our booth, I kept feeling like something was biting my legs. My four-year-old daughter was actually the one who looked around and realized there were ants crawling all over the booth. Once we started looking closely, we realized there weren’t just a few… there were HUNDREDS of ants. We immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and they attempted to clean the area and spray the ants after moving our family to another table. The photo attached to this review was taken AFTER the staff had already sprayed and attempted to clean them up, so what you see in the picture is only what remained afterward. There were significantly more ants when we initially discovered them. As disturbing as that was, we tried to move past it and finish our meal. Then, when we were ready to leave, they brought us a box for our leftover pizza. Unbelievably, there were ants INSIDE THE PIZZA BOX as well. At that point, this was clearly more than an isolated issue with one booth. I had been getting bitten, my four-year-old discovered hundreds of ants surrounding the area where our family was eating, and then we were handed a food container with ants inside of it. That raises very serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and sanitation of this location. What made the experience even more frustrating was how it was handled afterward. Despite everything that happened — having to move because of hundreds of ants and then finding ants AGAIN in a box intended to hold our food — we were still charged full price for our entire meal. No meaningful attempt was made to compensate us or make the situation right. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. Hundreds of ants where customers are sitting is unacceptable. Ants inside food packaging is unacceptable. And charging a family full price after experiencing both during the same meal is incredibly disappointing. We will absolutely not be returning to this location.

My friend and I are here visiting from Iowa, and he wanted some goat. It's on the menu! So he got the curry goat, with a side of rice/beans, and fried plantains. He said it was very delicious. He's originally from Nigeria, and has had a lot of goat during his lifetime. I got the jerk white chicken dinner, two breasts and two wings, with a small lettuce salad and the jalapeno mac and cheese for my sides. I got a little extra cup of spicy jerk sauce on the side, too. It was fantastic. The mac and cheese though... Awesome! The people running the show are super friendly and engaging, too. It sure beats fast food!

Placed an order on the App for Giant Pit-Smoked Loaded Baker at approximately 5pm on Saturday. The order went through. Received a call a few minutes later saying that they were completely out of Potatoes.
